Confidentiality
Last updated: August 27, 2026
Discretion is part of the service. Inquiries and engagement files are treated as confidential business information.
What stays private
- Client identity and assignment scope, except as needed to perform the work.
- Shopper identities and visit schedules.
- Draft and final reports, unless the client authorizes disclosure.
Need-to-know access
Only personnel assigned to an engagement receive the details required to complete it. Findings are delivered through a channel agreed with the client.
Legal limits
Confidentiality does not prevent disclosure required by law, court order, or to prevent reasonably certain harm. A signed mutual NDA can be added to any engagement on request.
