This website describes Aegis Secret Shoppers services. Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract. Work begins only after a written engagement is accepted by both parties.
Services
We perform covert observational evaluations and deliver written findings. We do not provide legal advice, private-investigator licensing services in every jurisdiction, or guaranteed litigation outcomes. Clients are responsible for confirming that a proposed assignment is lawful in the relevant location.
Accuracy of inquiries
You agree that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to request an evaluation of the locations described.
No public filming claims
Unless a signed statement of work says otherwise, reports are based on trained observation and contemporaneous notes. Recording practices, if any, will be specified in the engagement and must comply with applicable consent and privacy laws.
Limitation
The site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Aegis is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website.
